MRS. T. TRANTER CALLED BEYOND• WFuneral Held at Methodist Church Sunday AfternoonLast Thursday evening at 9 o'clock occurred the death of Mrs. Thos. Tranter at her home northeast of Oxford. Mrs. Tranter had been sick only a few days and her death came as a sad blow to her many friends in this community.. She was sixty-five years of age, a good woman woo devoted her whole married life administering comfort to her family.The services were conducted by a former pastor of Bethel church at North Liberty of which Mrs. Tranter was a faithful and honored member. The sympathy of the entire community is extended to the bereaved family.Obituary next week.
