They emigrated to America in 1870 and settled in Mechan-IcBville, la., where Mr. Porter died in 1870, Mrs. Porter was the mother of fourteen children, eight of whom are living. She had been an invalid for a number of yours and had boon a great care to her sou and daughter, Mr. and Mrs, Wcrling, who done everything possible to make her last days pleasant. The funeral took place from the house Sunday, Rev. D. W. Pahs conducting the service.Miller:—In Marion township, Friday, March 26, of apoplexy, Andrew MillerDeceased was 04 years old.
