MUNICIPAL HERITAGE NOTICE RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF MCCREARY TAKE NOTICE THAT: The site described as follows: The lands and premises commonly known as the Satter thwaite log house, in the Rural Municipality of McCreary, in the Province of Manitoba and legally desired by caveat registered against Certificate of Title #197174 as: “In the Rural Municipality of McCreary, and being In the North-East Quarter of Section Nine (9), in Township Two (20) Range Fifteen (15) West of the Principal Meridian in Manitoba commencing at a point of 660' south of the north-east corner of said NE9-20-15W and an eastern boundary of same, then proceeding perpendicular westerly 350', then pemendicular southerly 360', then perpendicular easterly 350', then perpendicular northerly 350' along eastern boundary to point of commencement,” of which the records of the Neepawa Land Titles Office show as owner: William Basil Floyde, of the Rural Municipality of McCreary, in the Province of Manitoba, and the building thereon, being the Satterthwaite log house, has been designated as a municipal heritage site to be protected under the authority of the Heritage Resources Act by By-Law of the Rural Municipality of McCreary #1778, given third and final reading and passed on the Sunday of February, A.D., 1994. AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE THAT a of this Municipal Heritage Notice shall be filed in the Neepawa Land Titles Office, in accordance with provisions of the Heritage Resources Act.
