Maqraketta, Iowa, March 10.—The jury in the Kelsall case returned a ver dict of guilty, after being out all night. Fred Kelsall was accused of the crime of arson, being the leader of a gang of desperadoes who, it is said, have long committed acts of lawlessness at Can ton, Iowa. The defense filed a motion for a new trial.
