We notice in a late Irish paper the following obituary notice. And as the venerahle. deceased has relatives (worthy and esteemed citizens,) in this District, and also in Augusta, Atlanta and Amerieus, (in., we take melancholy pleasure in republishing so high a tribute to the memory of a helove-i and aged father: Kilyrflrhl 1 finer- jtiger.Died, at the old family residence, near I'ar-soiistown, Kings county, Ireland, on Ji7th Janu- I ury, Ist'Hi, Mr. John Stephens, aged eighty-one years. lb* was buried in the family burying ground at I.iiriuaugh Cemetery, on the 80th.lie was followed to the grave by all his old and tried friends, his sons having all emigrated I jo tin* «Initial Slides years ago.
