Services at Shelby for Charles Best, Sr.Shelby — Services Sor Charles William Best, 37, retired farmer and longtime Shelby area resident were held, 2 p.m., Thursday at the Methodist Church here.Mr Best died March 21 at a Council Bluffs hospital.The Rev. Ralph Russell officiated with interment at Shelby Cemetery.Surviving are four daughters, Mrs Thornton Echel of Lakewood, Colo.; Mrs Alva Oat-hout, of Iowa City; Mrs Robert Goshom of Shelby and Mrs Robert Stephan of Spokane, Wash.; a son, Charles W. Best, Jr., of Shelby; 13 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and a brother, Sherman Best of Audubon.
