PHARR—Nine cases of misde meanor were tried in the local courts here Thursday before Judge R. L. Savage, with the following being assessed fines: Clatis A. Rohr, speeding, $1 and costs; Harry Diehl, speeding, $1 and costs; Jose Robles, vagrancy, $1 and costs; Delfino Soliz, disturb ing the peace, $1 and costs; Jesus Garza, disturbing the peace, $1 and costs; Bruno Gonzales, disturbing the peace, $1 and costs; Juan Go mez, disturbing the peace, $1 and costs; Domingo Ortiz, inadequate brakes, $1 and costs; Earl Hinkle, parking on public highway, $1 and costs.
