Melba Dennis, 20, Mrs. Aliee Turner Converse, 29, and Buell Tucker, 22, charged with con tributing to the delinquency of a minor child, were bound over to the superior court by Judge Ken neth Morrison today. The defendants waived their Preliminary hearing and were or dered held in jail under $2000 bail each. They are charged with contributing to the delinquency of the 16-year-old sister of one of the defendants and were arrested in Signal Hill. The women were on trial in Santa Ana for lewd vagrancy several weeks ago and were ordered to leave the city by Judge J. G. Mitchell at that time.
