A number of en~j sparrows, were also found dead in tul the garage. i isMr. Affolter was a son of the late ha’ Fred Affolter of Fairfax, who died Splt; February 4th at the Union Hospital) r in New Ulm. Under a will left by his father, he and his uncle, Frank Affolter, were named as heirs to the estate. No reason is known for his rash act. He is survived by his mother, who had been divorced from his father and remarried. A stepbrother was keeping house with him on the farm but was not at home at the time. But little is known here of the details of the affair as Frank Affolter was not notified of the facts connected with the finding of the body or of the funeral.
