MISS GILBERT OF KALKASKA! TOURING WITH RINGLING, SOUTH BOARDMAN IS TO HAVE A NEWSPAPER. KALKASKA HAS TWO TICKETS IN THE FIELD. Republican and Republican Reform Caucuses Held, [Special to The Daily Eagle.] Kalkaska, March 27—Miss Grace Gilbert, KalkAska's bearded lady, who was with the Ringling show last sea son, has joined the McCadden circus at New York and with that company embarked from the above city Satur day last forsanglant7.Miss Gilbert’ spends her winters with her aged father, a few miles north of this place. She has traveled more or less since childhood. Candy Kitchen Sold, C. A. Hooker, who came here from Eyatt about two months ago and open ed a candy kitchen, has sold his machinery and store fixtures to M. E. King, colored, of South Boardman, who will conduct the business down there. New Newspaper to Be Launched. South Boardman can soon boast of a newspaper. J. Jay Raby, formerly foreman of the Belding Banner, has decided to locate there, and will soar, have things moving. He is a first glass printer and a hustler. That gives Kalkarka county another paper—five in all, the Rapid City News, Kalkask Leader, Kalkaskian, Boardman River Current and the new ong, Success ta tt.
