nIN PROBATE—Moxroc Cocxrr Court.In the matter of the lust -will and testament of Nathnn Wmship, deceased.On read mi* a ml III rug .ni instrument in wrt-liug proponing to be the last wtllaud tes turnout of Nathan Winship, lute of the town of Greenfield, iu the cmmty uf Mod roe and state of Wisconsin, deceased,and also the accompanying petition of Eunice Winship of said town, and coonly, representing among other things that, the said Nathan Winship, died at his residence in said town, on the 14th day of April, A. D, 1866; that, said instrument is the last wilt and testament of said deceased, ami she the said petitioner is the idenical JEtitiicc Winship. named nnd np*pointed in and ly said last will and testament executrix thereof, in connect inn with JosephWmship. brother of said deceased, as executor thereof, and praying that a day he nppoined to hear the proofs of said last will and testament, and that letters testamentary be issued to the said Eunice Winship. and the said Joseph Win-ship the executor and executrix in said_ will named. It in ordered that the proofs of said instrument he heard before the judge of this court,on Thursday, the 14th day of'March, A. D. 1367,at. ten o'clock in the forenoon of said day, at the courthouse in the village of Sparta,in said county ; and it is further ordered thru a public notice thereof be given to all persons interested, by publishing a Copy of this order lor three weeks successively, prior to said day of hearing in the Spctria ISaglCt n weekly newspaper printed nnd published at Sparta, in said countv,LUTHER B NUYES,County Judge.Dated Fob. 27th, 1867, n32w3
