CAUTION TO THE PUBLIC.THE PUBLIC are hereby cautioned not to_ receive, and the Payor* are particularly cautioned, not to pay,.to any person, except my-*etfj any Nate executed to me by him or them, as the same have been either lost, mislaid, or stolen) as I have 3; ever transferred to any'person or persons any note executed to me. The following are a list, so far as can be now remembered, of said’ notes, viz. : One note exe- . cuted by James Maiben ; one by D. T, Parker; j one by Kendall Parker; one by Wm. Me I Auley; two by George Gibbs Joseph Walker, one by Wm. Miller; one by D. R. Bart James M. Otis, one by J. C. Cover, one by ! John G. Clark; one by R. IL Me Auley, and ijtwo by H. W. McAuiey ; also, the following notes executed to J- K. Rickey ; one onAbram Sinclair, of Potosi 5 and one on — Russell, living near McKenzie’s Mills; also, one execu-- ted by G. Ballard Sc H. R. Colter, and payable »_ to C. Libby 1 also the following notes executed to DWight I. Parker, and by him transferred to me, viz : one on IX Ranfill for $110,00 5 one on Wm. W. Blanchard, for $50,00; one on Joseph .Tobler for $30,00; one on John G. Bouldin for $14,79, one on Philo Dempsey for •535,14 ; and one bn Win. R. Dixon for *67,21. Some of the above notes have endorsements upon them.All oF the above notes are the property of the undersigned, having never been transferred by him to any person or persons, but have been' Jost in some manner. Recollect, all notes 'executed to the undersigned, whether enumerated above or not, are included in this caution. If lost, the finder will be liberally rewarded upon returning the same to roe* ' ’L.
