IN CHANCERY.TATE of NewYobk, ss. In pnrsnance of a decretal order of this court, dated ihe22d day of November, 1821, will be sold at public auction, at the Tontine Coffee house in the city of New-York, on the 15th day of May next, at 12 o'clock at noon, under the direction of the subscriber, one of the masters of said court, all the right and interest of Cornelius C.
