Robert McGee and Wm. Smart are at home from Occidental for the Eas ter vacation. James Smart, also of Occidental, left Los Angeles with the College Glee Club this morning for a week’s tour. I. M. Von Schmltz was a passenger this morning on a Los Angeles bound car. Misses Masters and Saure_ went to the city on an early morning car. Dr. and Mrs. J. W. Shaul have tak en apartments for a permanent resi dence at the Richmond, corner Fifth and Main. Mrs. Frank Mason spent today in Los Angeles, H. C. Dawes made a morning trip to the city. F. H. Case was a business visitor to Los Angeles today. Prof. C. A. Langworthy is well on the road to recovery, after a most serious illness extending over many weeks. He was taken out for a ride this morning by Rev. J. A. Steven son. Mrs. Judkins, the manager of the local Western Union Telegraph of fice, was a Los Angeles visitor to day. Miss Gladys Freeman came home this afternoon from Claremont, where she is teaching. She will spend her Easter vacation week here. Miss Irene Robinson and Miss Olive Lopez came down from Los Angeles yesterday afternoon to spend their Easter vacation week. Miss Harriet Andrews and Miss Edith Tidball came home from Oc cidental yesterday for the Easter vacation. W. H. James was a business vis itor to the city today. Miss Faith Shaw is at home for an over Sunday visit. Miss Nellie Maconachie, a former teacher of Santa Ana, but now teach ing in Los Angeles, is an over Sun day visitor of Dr. and Mrs. Dobson. Rev. W. L. C. Samson _ returned yesterday after a three weeks’ ab sence in Iowa, where he was called hurriedly by his father’s serious ill ness. His father is still living, al though yet in a precarious condition. Prof. C. F. Krieger, who has been in the East for the past two years, has returned to Santa Ana for resi dence. Mrs. Terry Stephenson and Miss Belle Chilton went to San Juan Cap istrano today to see some moving pictures in the taking, a moving picture dramatic company being en gaged there today in reproducing old mission scenes. —J.
