Former Senator Louis Schneck of Seymour, Attorney George EL Voigt and George H. Holzbog. of Jeffersonville, b accomoanied by two hydraulic engi- b seers, have gone to Fourteen Mile Creek to inspect what is known as the Tunnel Mill property with a view to utilizing c the falls of the tunnel for developing t electricity. Should it be found feasible c the option held by Senator Schneck, c Voigt, Holzbog and others on the prop- t erty will be closed by April 1st, and a i plant will be erected there to furnish 1 power for an electric line to be con-1 lt;structed between Jeffersonville and i New Washington. It is believed that . 10,000 horse power can be procured at 11 the falls, and that would furnish ample 1 power for the proposed electric line andmanufacturing plants.
