ORDERED, That the sale made and reports ed by Samuel Ridout, one of the trustees for the sale of part of the real estate of Benjamin Tasker, in the city of Annapolis, be ratified and confirmed, unless cause to the contrary be shown, before the [4th day of May next—Pro vided a copy of this order be inserted once in each of three successive weeks, in the Marys land, Rep. before the 14th day of April next. ‘The report states the amount of sales to be 252 dollars and 890 cents, ‘True copy, March 19. Can; Sw In Chancery, March 12, 1814, Joseph Tydings and Ano his wife, and John Watkins and Margaret, his wife, Versus Thomas, Sophia and Catharine Tydings and others, : The object of the bill is to obtain a decree for the fate of_two tracts of Jane called Hazle nut ridge, and part of Poplar Ridge, containing two hundred acres, which the complainants and defendants hold as tenants in common. ‘The bill states, that a certain John Tydings conveyed the land in question to John Tydings for life, remainder in fee to Richard Tydings, Fernando Tydings, William Tydings, Samuel Tydings, Horatio Tydings, Noble Tydings, E lizabeth Purdy, Ann Tydings, Margaret Wat kins, Mary Ann Tydings, Sophia Tydings and Catharine Tydings, and that the list mention ed John Tydings is since deceased. The bill also states, that the said Richard Tydings is ai eaving the said Thomas Tydings , his heirs at law, and that the said , Sophia and Catharine Tydings reside out of the state of Maryland. It is therefore adjudged and ordered, that the complainants, by causing a copy of this or der to be published three successive wee in the Maryland Republican, before the 20th day of April next, give notice to the said ab sent defendants to be and appear in this court in person or by solicitor, on or before the 20th day of August next, to show cause if any they have, why a decree should not be passed as waged, true copy, March 19.
