Local 710 IUE will hold a mass meeting to discuss its strike against Hartman Electrical Manufacturing Co. Wednesday at 3 p.m. at the Local 711 Hall. 520 East Fifth St. Larry Reedy, president of Local 710, urged all members to attend “this vital meeting.” He said a complete report on the negotiations will be given and ‘‘a future course of action will be decided.” Talks between the union and the company broke off last week and the federal mediator has not announced a date for discussions to continue.
