Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Cox and Mrs. J. W. Wright and daughter, Winnie spent the week-end at Stanton where they visited their daughter and sister, Mrs. J. E. Smith and family, who formerly lived at Radium where Mr. Smith was employed on the Abilene and Southern. Since abandonment of the line Mr. Smith was transferred to Stanton where he is employed by the T. P. Oran Dean and C.W. Reeves i spent Monday and Tuesday in Dal las where Mr. Dean purchased jew elry for his store.
