Death was caused by infirmities natural to old age. JMr. McHugh, with his brother, lt;William of Rochester, were among f the oldest twins in New York state. J Mr. McHugh had been employed for many years by the New York Cen-1 lt;tral railroad until he retired from 1 *active work in 19,24.*He was born in the town of Clayton, Dec. 15, 1854, with his twir brother, William, sons of Patrick and Elizabeth Fitzpatrick McHugh. He resided in Redwood since he was a 1 child, and married Miss Sarah Will- lt;iams of Theresa, in 1876. She died ** Ain 1880 and on March 27, 1883, he married Miss Amelia Seneeal of Redwood, who survives. lt;Mr. McHugh with his brother, were 1 one of the first set of twins to be 1 baptized in the Catholic church at Clayton. He was a member of St. | J Francis Xavier church in Redwood.•Surviving besides the widow and | J daughter Mrs. •Phillips, are five other daughters, Mrs. George West of Syracuse, Mrs. William Castleman and Mrs. Florence Castleman of Clayton, Mrs. Frank Altz of Croton-on-Hud- | j son, and Mrs. Whitney of Henderson; two sons, Joseph of Watertown and John of Massena; the twin brother, William McHugh of Rochester; one sister, Miss Bridget McHugh of Syracuse; 37 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. jThe funeral was held yesterday at ^ 9 a. m. from St. Francis Xavier church in Redwood, with Rev.
