Manhattan hotel and dance pavilion on the weat of Lake Okoboji, will be opened again this year, according to reports. A banker and bis associates at Paulina are said to have bought the property and they contemplate remodeling and renovating the buildings. A price of 3IS,000 is saia to have been paid for the hotel, dance pavilion and four small cottages Manhattan was not opened last year on account of the condition of the buildings and the roads leading to the property. The west road about the lakes was graveled last year, however, and the new owners feel that they will have a big patronage.
