DfcLlfcVtU rAlALMrs. C. L. Javnes Verv Low%, *at Mt. Carmel Hospital, Columbus.Mrs. Nellie H. Jaynes, wife of C. L. Jaynes, the painter, lies at the point of death in the Mt. Carmel hospital in Columbus as the result of falling from a street car at the corner of Parsons avenue and Fulton street, Columbus, shortly before six o'clock Tuesday evening.Mrs. Jaynes fell backwards when alighting from a Parsons avenue car and as she fell a hat pin penetrated her head several inches. She was taken at once to the hospital and was unconscious the greater part of the night but was thought to be better this morning. Wednesday afternoon the injury was reported to be more serious than thought at first and the case did not seem so hopeful. Mr. Jaynes was notified and left immediately for Columbus Tuesday evening and has been at his wife’s bedside since.
