Work Soon lo llcgiii.The Baltimore Xcirs says:Mr. Alfred Mason, architect of the Western Maryland Normal School, for which provision was made at the last session ol the Legislature, and which is to be erected at Frost-burg, Allegany county, states that everything is in readiness to begin work as soon as the weather permits.The building, which is to be located in Beall Park, a handsome reservation near the resident section of the town, will probably be commenced about April 10 and will require about a year for its completion and furnishing.The plans lor the interior of the structure provide for eight large class rooms, a large assembly hall, the principal’s room and several teachers' rooms. There will also be a chemical laboratory fitted up with all modern appliances.
