MRS. SAM FOSTERDIED WEDNESDAY A. M.Mrs. Aletha Foster, of near Otter-bein, died early Wednesday morning at the St. Elizabeth hospital following a short illness of double pneumonia.Mrs. Foster was the daughter of James and Nancy Case and was bornNov. 17, 1881. She was married to Sam Foster on Dec. 13, 1903, towhich union one son, James L., was born, who with the father survives. She also leaves two sisters, Mrs. Ella Allbe, of Seattle, Wash.; Mrs. Sophia Feek, of Everett, Wash; and three brothers, Oscar and Will Case, of Phrose, Okla., and Reuben Case, of Independence, Kansas.She was a member of the U. B. church of Otterbein. The funeral will be held from the family home Friday morning at 10 o’clock, with interment in the Armstrong cemetery.Mrs. Foster was one of the community’s best known women and her death comes as a severe shock to our people.
