Testimonial Benefit to Miss Davis. A testimonial benefit to Miss Henrietta Vinton Davis was given in the Zion A. M. E. Church, on North Russell street, last evening. Miss Davis, who is studying for the stage, recited “Cleopatra” and “Last Words of John Brown,” which were well received. Among the other artists who ap peared were the Misses Sadie and Rosa De Wolf, Moses Hodges,Jiss Flora A. Butson, G. Warren Sharper, George Barnett, ‘T. 'T. Symmons, F. P. and W. a. White, Joseph F. de Lyons, M. P. Berlyn and R. D. Little.
