Levied on by virtue of aud to saiisl a ti fa issued by the Tax Collector of Fulton county, for the year 1858, for the Shite and County Tax, ou said Martha Scott, for the year 1858, also, to satisfy other fi f*s in my hands. Levy made and returned tome by W S Hancock,constable.Also, the north east half of city lot, No 115, in the city of Atlanta, the same being part of laud Jot, No 78, in the 14th dist of originally Henry, now Fulton couuty. I-oviod on as the property of James M Coleman, by virtue of an attachment 11 fa issued from the Justices Court for tho 1026th dist (1 M., in favor of Charles H (Jordan vs said Coleman. Levy made and returned to mo by W S Hancock, constable.Also, city lot No6, lying between Alabama street and the Railroad, in tho city of Atlanta, whereon Mrs. Mary Wright now lives, th same being a part of Land lot, No 77, is the 14th dist of originally Henry now Fulton co. levied on by virtue of a Tax fl fa issued by the Tax collector for the county of Fulton, for State and couuty Tax for the year 1858. Levy made and returuod to me’by D H Brannan, I. C.Also, Block No 18, of tho subdivision of Land lot No 86, in tho 14th dist of originally Henry now Fulton county, the same containing 8 acres more or less, lying south of anti near tho city of .Atlanta. Levies made by a Constable and returned to me.Also, a largo fire proof Iron Safe; levied on by virtue of two attachment fifas, issued from the Superior Court of Fulton Co’ty, in favor of P J. Inline! and Isaac E Bartlett, vs. Luke A. Douglass. Property pointed out in said altaehmeut fifas.Also, the one-half of City Lot, No fifty, on the eorner of .Butler Street and Georgia Railroad, whereon the Craft Black-Smith Shop is situated; and City Lot No 76, on the South-side, and fronting the Georgia Railroad’ containing one-fourth of an acre more or less. Levied on as the projcrty of William II Harvill, to satisfy a Qfa issued from Fulton Superior Court, in favor of Cornelius L Few, vs William H Craft aud William II Harvill security.Also. S jty-flve Barrels Liquors, more or less of various kinds, consisting of Whiskey, Brandies, (Jin, Rum, Wi »e, Ac., and fifty boxes of Cigars, more or less; all levied on as the property of John B McMicliael. to satisfy three fifas issued from Fult' n Inferior Court in favor of Lel-byett, Ewing Co., N B Mosely and Benjamin Leiber, vs said McMichaol. Property pointed out by A W Stone, Esq.Also, one acre of laud, lying on the 1'ne of the corporation of the City of Atlanta, bounded West by lot of R E Oslin. South by lot of John L Evans. I/ivied on as the property of Thomas P Eikers, to satisfy a fifa issued from Efilngham Inferior Com t, in favor of Elizabeth Bailey, Administratix of John Bailey, deceased, vs Thos P Eikers and James Blackman security.
