NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILLState of Oklahoma) In the County County of jdair Y CourtIn the matter of the estate of Ellen Fox, nee Daugherty, Cherokee Roll No. 2155, deceased.Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the estate of Ellen Fox, nee Daugherty, deceased, that on the4th day of March, 1922, Lex Fox produced nrd filed in the county court inthe county of Adair and state of Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Ellen Fox, nee Daugherty, deceased, and also filed in said court his petition praying for the probate of said will, and that letters testamentary issue thereon to Lex Fox, the executor named in said will.Pursuant to an order made on the 4th day of March, 1922, notice is hereby given that Monday, the 3rd day of April, at the hour of 10 o'clock a.m, of said day, that being a day of the regular April term, 1922, of said court having been appointed as the time for hearing said petition and proving said will at the county court room in Stilwell, in said county oc Adair, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the samejIn testimony whereof.
