L. 8M1TCIIGER TAKBBDOflK OF POISON.Mrs. L Smltchger. wife of a well known farmer, residing near Yost crossing, on the Interurban, waa for several hours Tuesday afternoon at the point of death as the result or strychnine, said to have been self-inflicted.A doctor from Meridian and also one from Boise.labored unceasingly for several hours to counteract the effect of the poison, and at a fate hour she was considered ouf of danger. She is about 50 years old. A severe mental strain and sickness for the past few months is said to have caused a temporary aberration, and the neighbors are at a loss to account In any other way for her rash act.
