OBITUARY.Mrs. George Lime was bom in county Tyrone, Ireland, May 15, 1835. Came to America in 1837 and located at Philadelphia, Pa.; removed to Illinois in 1840: came to Hardin county in 18511, and bad lived here since, re. speeted by all who knew her. She was married to Geo Lane, the now bereaved husband, in June, 1857. She died in Eldora, March 17th, liiOJ, at p. m.Mrs. Lane leaves to mourn her death her husband, l'our children, three others having preceded her in death; four sisters and one brother, as follows: Mr. .Tames Walker and Mrs. Kate Martin, Eldora; Mrs. Annie G. Hunter, Montpelier, Idaho; Mrs. Maggie Brown, Davidson, Minn.; Mrs. Mary McBride, Conroy Springs. Kansas. Tlie four living children are Mrs Annie E. Golden, of Crawford, Neb.; Mrs. Frankie M. Hartman, of Eldora; Mrs. Elbe E. Miller, of Eldora; Geo. Lane, Eldora.Mrs. Lane was converted and joined tlie Baptist church when a girl, but after removing to Eldora she became a member of the M. E. church, and during all the years since she gave her heart to the Savior she had led a consistent Christian life, and died in the triumphs of the faith.The funeral services were held at the home on Thursday last at one o’clock p. m. and were conducted by Rev. L. C. Clark of Belie Plaine.Thus passed from this community a lady who was beloved by dll who knew her. She lived a useful life and has gone to her reward, and her relatives and friends truly mourn her loss, but they will have the sincere sympathy of all in the hour of their bereavement.
