Manuela ParedesFuneral services for Manuela E. Paredes of 180 West End Ave. were held this morning at Holy Family Catholic Church with the Rev. Joe Audit officiating. Burial followed at Hidalgo Cemetery. A rosay was recited Thursday at Zoeller FuneralHome.Mrs. Paredes, 87, died March 21 at Colonial Manor Nursing Home.The daughter of Jacinto and Hilaria (nee Lopez) Espinoza, she was born Dec. 24,1897 in San Antonio. She married Anastacio Paredes March 3,1928 in New Braunfels, andlived here 73 years.Survivors include her husband; six grandchildren and 11 greatgrandchildren.
