After a two-hour’ coroner's ‘in quest,a jury” Wednesday.’ after noon shortly. after 4 p.m.brought in a ‘verdict that Said ‘the’ case should be further investigated with regards to the death of*Mar “ ia DeLaney ” “Robertson, aged: 12s Jacal tocboene oe ineard: Billie. Dwight: “Robertson, 28, give his version of, the’ Inci dents leading up to the gunshot @cath of his wife and a few other’ witnesses brought in their ver dict that said Mrs. Robertson’ came to her death as the result of a gunshot wound in the head and that the case should be fur ther investigated. After this verdict Coroner W. H. Pruitt and Prosecutor Bill Prewett ordered Robertson held under $1,000 bond as a material Witness a appear before the May 7 term of the Quachita grand jury. Robertson was remanded to sheriff Grover Linebaker and was released on bond. Roy Snider was foreman of the jury that heard the testimony in the court room with Coroner Pruitt presiding. The coroner had called the In quest, after Mrs. Robertson died in a local hospital Saturday morning of a gunshot wound in the head. She was shot at her home and Robertson called a physician and later police were summoned. It will be up to the grand jury to decide if any charges will be filed against Robertson.
