State Land Board Determines Water Rights of Irrigators Using Water From Tumalo and Squaw Creek The findings of the State Board of Control regarding the settlement of whiter eighta dissentions on Tumalo and Squaw Creeks, west of Hend, have been fled with the County Clerk. A brief synopsia thereof appears below, together with a table showing the amount of water allowed in dividual appropriators, their acreage, etc. The late arrival of this news and lack of space makes it imposible to publish a more detailed account; some decisions In individual cases are omitted, as are the names of land owners whose cases were not consider ed, as they failed to put in claims.
