FOUND HUGS IN COCA COLA VATSFederal OJIiclal Testifies to What Ho Haw White Making Inspection,Chattanooga, Tonn., March 10.—• The case of the United States vs. 10 barrels and 20 kegs of coca cola was resumed yesterday In the Federal court. The morning session was devoid of special Interest, only one witness, U I*\ Kohler, of the drug laboratory of the Department of Agriculture, Washington, being examined. Ho testified as to several visits to the coca cola factory In Atlanta.Ilia evidence was merely accumulative or that which has been brought out before as to the shipment of the coca cola and the reports made to Dr. Wiley.Dr. Kohler testified as to the finding of vermin and bugs In the vats as (ho result of his Inspection of the coca cola plant in Atlanta. Ho also testified that caramel and brown sugar were added, and because of their opaqueness tended to conceal Impurities in the coca cola syrup.
