August 7th, I860. - When abuot 3 years of age he moved to Iowa with his parents and lived there until he came to the Territory, in December, 1901, Mr Law pence was married to Miss 1 Jora Morford, January 20t.li, to whom five children were born, all of whom are here with us*About eight, years ago he united with the Christian church,ef Fairview, Iowa, and has lived in tliat faith over since. He leave;-to mourn his death his sorrowing wife, live children, Irene, Guy, Furl, Rex and baby girl: father, mother, brother and sister. IDs brother, Albeot, of Chelsea, Iowa was in attendance at the funeral, but the others hecan--* of sickness in family were unable to attend. Geo. 13. Jackson. Interment was in New Hope Cemetery.
