Lyon.At the home of his mother, Mrs. Julia Lyon, at 12:15 o'clock this noon, occurred the death of John J. Lyon, aged 3f years. Death was the result. .of lung trouble complicated by a severe attack of the grip.The deceased was horn in Davenport, April IS. ISfiS. and for many-years resided on a farm with his parents in Winfield township.The survivors are the mother, Mrs,: Julia Lyon, a brother. Luke Lyon, i and a sister, .Miss Theresa Lyon, all; of this city.The funeral will be held from the late residence, 322 East- Twelfth street*, on Thursday-morning with services at St. Ann's church. Long Grove, at 10 o’clock and interment in the cemetery adjoining.
