Tht Htss Murder Case.There seema to be no new developments of epeciai importance in the case of George W, Houck, now in the county jail at Mt. Vernon, charged with the murder of Sarah Jane Hess, as detailed in this paper, last week. The defense has made a formal waiver of examioa tion, and it is not probable that a special grand jury will be impaneled to take action in the premises. The case will go before to grand jury In regular order at its regular session. Houck, acting un der the advice of hie attorneys, remains reticent, refusing to answer any quea tions bearing upon his case, or to difl cuss the tragedy in any of its phases. The accused is said to show signs of weakening. He is restless and sleepless, and a collapse is anticipated.WHO ARE ENTITLED TO VOTE.
