Though there was quite a crowd in the court room, and much interest manifested in the trial, every thing was being conducted in tbo most orderly manner, and the charges of crimloal conduct wore being very fully proved, especially against Bill Clop-ton and Warren Tyler, wbon Tyler made a motion to bring in three colored witnesses to impeach the evidence of Mr. Brantley, a citizen of this place, who was boing examined by W.
