(£**• We learn by Telegraph from Louisville of the 14th inst, that the steamer Reindeer, recently purchased by the Alton steamboat company, burst a flue, killing and wounding forty or fifty persons, most of whom were deck passengers. The seoond engineer was killed, and the second mate is missing. Many were blown into the river and drowned.
