Mew Harmony Democratic Association.CQ^The meeting advertised for the 4ih of March having been postponed oil account of the inclemeney of the weather, to the 15th inat., ihe Association met accordingly.After some discussion on subjects of in-' terest, the following resolutions were offered and adopted :Resolved, That we highly approve of the Inaugural Address of President Polk., as a document embodyiug the true Democraticprinciples on which our government is founded.Resolved, That the course pursued by our distinguished fellow-citizen, Robert Dale Owen, in the 28th Congress, merits our highest approbation ; and that we earnestly recommend his re-election by ihe Democracy of the district.Resolved, That we highly approve of the proposed County Convention, to be held at Mount Vernon, on Saturday, the 12th of April next, and that we urge every Democrat to be in attendance.Resolved, That the recommendation of Mr. H, S. Casselberry, by our friends of Marrs township, for the office of County Auditor*! meets our cordial approbation.The following gentlemen were^then nominated as delegates to the District Conven- PItion :Lynn township—Robert Wilson.
