Kent vice president to speak atNewPhilaDr. Fay Biles, the firstwoman vice president at Kent State University, will be guest speaker at a dinner for local alumni March 31 at 6:30 in the New Philadelphia Holiday Inn.Graduates and students from Holmes, Harrison, Guernsey, Carroll, Coshocton and Tuscarawas counties should make reservations for the $4.50 dinner by Friday.Those not receiving announcements, may contact R.J.
