Taylor, whose place ofresidence is in the State of Missouri, City of St. Louis, will take notice that on the 10th day of March, 1918, the * 'i'.ir.en5* State Bank in said court commenced a e:. . m-'io.. against him to recover on a promissory note for the sum of one thousand th roe hundred and Mo 100 ($130.00) dollars, with interest thereon at the rate of 10 per cent per annum from the 10th day of February, 1913, which note had been made and delivered to sdid’platotiff by said defendant on-August 10, 1912.
