J. F. Kinsey has been nominatedby the Prohibitionists of Chicago as a candidate for alderman of the thirty-second ward. When living at Lafayette, Mr. Kinsey was candidate on our ticket for state treasurer in the campaign of *98. He is a successful business man of excellent executive ability and would be a most creditable representative of his ward in the city council.
