A.The Work Eapidly Progressing.Yesterday afternoon there was a large attendance at the Music Hall The main object of the meeting was to consider the much talked ot it oung Men’s Christian Association. The Committee who have the, matter in charge reported that the work was progressing rapidly and that the outlook was very encouraging. The committee have secured an option on the property belonging to E. Kiefer, on the corner oi Wayne and High stieets. The option expires Saturday evening but it is expected that by that time the money 1 will be raised to secure the property. ^ The meeting yesterday was an enthusiastic one, and the young men of the citv feel more like work than ever before. Since Mr. Doggett- lias cum*-among us lie has taken the matter in charge and lias worked nobly for theAssociation-On next Sunday there will be u Union j meeting of all the churches for the pur- j pose of completing the arrangements, j for the Association. Tet every one who ihaye so Jfar worked hard for this great work, attend this meeting and assist the young men, who have so earnestly labored for this cause, to get a home • in which they can eairy on their services. Such an association will not only lieln the young men of the city, but will be a great bene lit to the entire city. Every citizen of Piqua i shbuld feel an interest in this work, and do all they can toward the organization-
