Death of 3Inu Julia Montgomery Shaw. This excellent lady died at the residence of her father, Judge S. Montgomery, in thi3 city, on 8atorday morning lost about 8:15 o’clock, after a short illness of fire days. She was the wife of oar enterprising young feliow-cilizen, Mr. John B. Shaw, and a woman of most superior qualities. She was just entering her thirtieth year, and, being tho only surviving child, was the pride of her parents and the joy of her husband. All that skill and experience in medicine could do was bestowed upon her, but her disease, congestion, baffled her physicians, and the loving parents and has* band,- unprepared for her early death, were nearly robbed of tho priceless jewel before they were aware of her danger. She was buried on Sunday last in the cemetery at Ellaville, where the fnneral services were conducted by Rev. B. W. Bussey. An immense number of sorrowing friends attended.
