Rebels Captured,The Wheeling Intelligencer says:‘ Letters received from the First Virginia Regiment. now at Winchester, state that sev-ral of the young men who enlisted from this city, in the company called the Shriver Grays, were captured when the Federal troops took possession of that- place.
