GRADUATES AT TREASURE ISLAND Ronald E. Logan, electronics tech nician seaman, US.N., son of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond E. Logan, of 766 E. Main St., Delphi, is scheduled to graduate March 21 from the Navy's Class “A” Electronics Technician School at the Treasure Island Naval Station San Francisco, Calif. Graduates from this school are qualified in the repair and mainte nance of highly electronic equipment in use aboard Navy ships.
