Herbert R. Ludwig claimed Miss Joyce Franklin for his bride Friday. The rites were solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple by President J. Reuben Clark Jr. The bride, who lives at 267 G St., is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James W. Nickle, Spring field, Mo. Mr. and Mrs. Otto P. Ludwig, Sandy, are the par ents of the bridegroom. For her reception Friday eve ning in the Avalon Ballroom, the bride will wear a satin gown with a v-neckline and long poin t ice sleeves. The full skirt falls gracefully to a chapel train. Her fingertip veil of illusion is held to a juliet cap. She will carry a bouquet of red roses. Maid of honor will be Miss Chloanelle Jackson. Attend ants will be Miss Myra Crouch, Mrs. Kent Strate and Mrs. Ver lin Haws. Rosemary Ludwig and Connie Franklin will be the flower girls. They will wear pastel gowns, Martin Ludwig will be the best man, Lynn Christensen, Kent Strate and Verlin Haws will act as ushers.
