LANCASTER The Wonder 4-H club met in the farm unit rooms Thursday evening with 14 members and the leaders, Mr. and Mrs. C. F. Stutz, present. Jay Sewell presented a garden talk, Alice Poos a talk on health, and Evelyn Manson had charge of parliamentary rules. Vera Needham resigned as pres ident, since she is moving to Valley Falls, and Alice Poos was elected to succeed her. Jean Nyfeler was then elected vice president to succeed Alice. The leaders surprised the club by bringing ice cream and wafers. The next meeting will be April 8. The Lutheran Missionary society met Thursday at the home of Mrs. W. H. Dorssom. Eighteen members were pres ent and spent the afternoon working on tea towels. Plans were made to serve lunch when the Lutheran league gives a play in the near future. Mrs. Dorssom was assisted in serving by Mrs. E. E. Dorssom, Niemann’s public sale, page 6. Miss Doris Gilliland is visiting her sister, Mrs. Paul Nelson, and Mr. Nel son. Joe Plytnikas is here from Dryden, Ontario, Canada, to sell his property, the house where Mrs. Christina Luka shavac lived. He is staying at the Clarence Fisher home. The March community meeting was
