Mrs. Bernardi called on Mrs. Perrot Sunday evening. T. Laurent made a business call at Jess Clutinger’s Friday. N. A. Esurey of this place visit ed John Donley of St. Croix Sun day. Miss Mabel Clutinger spent sunday evening with Miss Treey Lies, Miss Cecelia Lucas spent Wed nesday night with Miss Mary spond. Mr. and se Jacob Exsarey and mother, Mrs. I. Fesarey, Visited Frank Galey Sunday. Mr. Spond and family visited at Mrs. Spond’s parents. Mr. and Mrs. [law's of Sulphur. Saturday night and Sunday, Ida Bouillon and brother, James, of near here are spending a few days this week with their Uncle, Joseph Rogier of Leopold. Mr.and Mrs. Laurent and little son, Orville, visited Mrs. Laur eents sister, Mrs. Holman of Bris tow Saturday night, and also with Victor Franchville Sunday. Jess Vandyrath, J. dd. Esarev private secretary, has his Vacation now and he has been visiting friends in this vicinity this week, but contemplates going to Ilinois next week for his health. Philip and John Bernardi, Toe Juaurent, Nick Lucas, HLA, Esarey and Lewis Veleein assisted Woo. Chalinger in moving a poultry house Friday from his all home place to where he resides now.
