TURE AND HORSE NoTes. The Assembly has passed a bill pre venting the sale of ring-boned and spay ined horses, and other diseased animals. Mr. D. B. Irwin of this place has made sales to parties from Lancaster Co., Penn., of eleven horses. To Geo. Youtz, of Lancaster Stock farm, five horses from the stable of ,Hon. J. G. Wilkin as follows : A brood mare, dam,of Alcides, she by old Harry Clay ; also a yearling colt from this dam. A brown mare, of Clay, Star and Ab dallah stock, in foal to Romulus. Two two-year-old fillies by Middletown, one a sister to Rose Cartle, the other a dam by the Giveans Hambletonian. For Isa 8. Gardner of Johnsons, a brood mare called Nettie Clay, by old Harry Clay, for $600. Nettie Clay is the dam of Gardner's fast trotting stallion Clay Hambletonian and of the trotting mare Rose Dartle with a record of 2:30. To Mr. Seldenridge, for D. 8. Ludlum of Goshen, a three-year-old colt by Mid dletown, dam a Claymare for $275. The other four, those of G. W. Horton and Jos. Gavin were mentioned in the Press of yesterday.
