'IMaxwell Cornelius* '• \vs. to Chancery for Foreclosure.Swain Abrams. » •'OB IT RENIEHBEREI*, Tbat on the l?tbJfB day al February, J848, the above complainant filed bis Hill in this Court, against the above |tamed defendant, the object and prayer of which biH is the foreclosure or a certain Mortgage, executed by the said Swain Abrams on the 4th day of May,}fi47,to said complainant, to secure the payment of three' proinisory notes, bearing even date therewith, one Tor 8$0t», payable with interest on the Jst Oct. 1*47, one for 8pry able 1st Oct. 1848, with interest, and oue lor 8270, payable with interest on 1st Oct. 1848, and on which two sums of seventy five dollars has been paid. Also braying therein for the sale of the mortgaged premises in said bill, fend mortgage described as follows, to wit: “All that certain lot of; land, lying and being in the western part of Cincinnati. Known and designated as lot No. 310, on W. J. Van Horne’s continuation of his second sub-division of part of Wm. Barr’s propei ty. Recorded Book No. 91. page IN, Hamilton county Records.Now, In pursuance of the statute, notice is hereby given, of the pendency of said suit, and the eald Swain Abrams.having been returned “not fit*uiid**by the Sheriff of the said county, on the subfiorna Issued, against him.and beiii£,a non-resident., he is hereby notified. that unless l-e appear and plead, answer or demur, to said bill according to law, he wifi be in default, and same will be taken as comessed against him, and a decree be had thereon accordingly.t^eobKCl lt;Clerk,Court Com.
